Shipping Policy In Stock: Your order will be processed and shipped the same business day if you order by 12 PM (EST). You will be notified via email if the order is not in stock and will be advised of the estimated shipping date. Free Shipping Your order will be shipped FREE within the continental United States. No minimum order required. Expedited Shipping If you need expedited shipping, actual shipping charges will be added to your order. Please note any special requirements in the 'comment box' where indicated in the Shopping Cart. Easy Returns The Faded Rose will gladly accept returns or exchanges of merchandise in original condition within 30 days of the ship date. We will refund you your entire purchase price; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To return or exchange an item, send an email to sherry @fadedrosepinehurst.com. Include your name, order number, item description and reason for return or exchange. You will receive a reply via email with a Return Authorization Numbered Form. You will then ship back the item, including a copy of the RA Form. Credit will be issued to the credit card used to make the purchase. Please Note: Merchandise returned to The Faded Rose without the appropriate form will be subbject to a $20 restocking fee. No Sales Tax Except for NC The Faded Rose is located in Pinehurst, NC and will collect sales tax only for those orders shipped to a North Carolina address.
